Galactic Outskirts DLCs of The LEGO Movie 2 Video Game Announced

If the Prophecy Character Pack of The LEGO Movie 2 Video Game wasn't enough, new DLCs were just announced. With the launch of the game, in the planet systems map, we saw one system called Galactic Outskirts, where there's a sign that says it will be available with 3 free DLCs. Later, this was confirmed by WB Games, who revealed that these DLCs will be available starting this Spring.

With few information, for now, we know that each of the 3 DLCs will be free. We also know that they are going to release starting this Spring, thanks to the game's official press release:

"Players can continue their adventures in “The LEGO Movie 2 Videogame” this spring with free DLC adding new locations to explore, new characters to meet and new challenges to face."

Each DLC will include an entire planet to explore, which includes a small hub world with missions and different collectibles, to be completed. Besides that, each one will give us new characters. It seems to be that each of them will also include its own story.

For now we don't know more about the Galactic Outskirts DLCs, but stay tuned for more information. The LEGO Movie 2 Video Game is now available for Xbox One, PS4, Steam and Switch (Digital). The physical version for Switch will be available on March 15th.
