Review - Forza Horizon 4 LEGO Speed Champions Expansion

Forza Horizon 4 just got expanded with the new LEGO Speed Champions DLC. After playing it, here is my review. I think it doesn't have anything wrong, by playing it you can have fun for hours and you never get bored. It just feels good to drive a LEGO car while listening to Forza's music. The LEGO roads are perfect and extremely detailed, and the fact of destroying all the LEGO things around you feels right. Read my complete review here.

GOOD THINGS

Everything will be in this section, because it's perfect. Firstly I want to talk about THAT introduction. At the begging you drive all the map this DLC gives you, using the different cars it includes. During the introduction you drive thru places at day and other at night. When playing it, you will not want to get rid of your Xbox One controller.

Another good thing I want to talk about is that normal and LEGO cars are mixed. There are races where you can compete with both type of cars, and believe me it's very funny, and the best part is they drive as a human and you as a minifigure. The races are very funny, and there are a lot of them. If you aren't in a race, you can explore the map, which is actually fun because you can smash a lot of LEGO bricks.

Something really interesting about this DLC are its challenges. There are a lot of challenges, in fact more than 150. What I liked about them is that you complete them while you play and have fun. In other words, you don't have to bother to complete boring challenges. When you get bricks (in the challenges), your house builds itself or you unlock new cars.

Lastly, I want to say that the music is everything. If you are a big LEGO fan, you'll enjoy listening the exclusive radio station that reproduces "Everything is Awesome" ALL the time. But if you like other type of music, like the regular's game music, you will also enjoy the races.

BAD THINGS

For the first time in a review I can say that there's nothing bad. The only thing I can say here is that if you dislike the racing games, this DLC (and game) is not for you.

OVERALL

This DLC makes you feel inside a LEGO world, just driving casually a car. It's just perfection, as the regular game. I can assure you that you will never get bored, unless you dislike this type of games. The races feel good and exploring the map is too fun. Besides everything, the detail and the graphics are wonderful. If you already own Forza Horizon 4, you can't miss this DLC.
